My work in Parliament is guided by the issues that we face in the Fens.

Recently that’s meant a major focus on education, from challenging the Government on funding for local schools to ensuring there is appropriate provision for children with special educational needs in the north of the county.

I’m also challenging recent moves to reduce the availability of NHS tests and scans in the Fens and I think it is crucial that people have access to these services locally.

Small and medium sized businesses are essential to our economy, especially in providing good jobs. But they’ve been hit hard by the Labour government’s hikes in the jobs tax and I’ve been working in Parliament to highlight the impact on local businesses.
