Fenland Deserves Transparency

There has been significant housing growth in Fenland over recent years and yet there remains little transparency for the public regarding what community contributions developers are making to their towns and villages.

Having repeatedly raised concerns, my enclosed letter will hopefully encourage a wider public debate as to why some developers are making no contribution at all to GPs, schools, roads or sports facilities, and why the contribution from other developers varies so widely across Fenland. ðŸ‘‡
